How do I search for an item?

There are several ways to do this. You can search very specifically with the search bar, which you will find at the top right. For example, do you have the article number of your product? Then you can enter it in the search bar and find it easily. You can also browse through our categories such as clothing, accessories or if you are looking for party dresses then click on dresses2party. Once you have entered your desired category you can use the search filters. This can be done depending on the occasion, price, color or relevance.

Product or size is not available

Only 20% of our assortment can be re-produced. The production depends on the availability of the fabric, the occupancy rate of the workshop and the demand for the garment. We will keep you informed if your product or size is available again but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

When is the new collection coming out?

Our Patio Team visits Italian workshops almost every week to design new ideas. Subscribe here for the newsletter and we will keep you informed as soon as a new collection is released.

When choosing the colour of an article, it jumps to the first colour. Why is this?

This means that the article in your desired colour is unfortunately no longer available.

What are the payment methods at Patiofashion?

The payment system goes through Ingenico. We accept payments by credit card or prepayment.

I did not receive a confirmation email.

Verify whether your entered e-mail address is accurate. Also don't forget to check your spam, sometimes this filter can stop such mails. Neither? Please request a new confirmation email using the contact form.

Can I still modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order using the contact form.

 

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

Can my item also be delivered to a Patio shop?

Yes, this is free of charge.

What is the delivery period?

Items have a delivery period of 3 to 7 working days. You can always track your package using the Track&Trace code. This code can be found in the confirmation email of the postal company that will deliver your parcel.

Can I choose my deliverydate myself?

Yes, you'll get a Track&Trace code from the postal company that's going to deliver your parcel. You can find this code in their confirmation email. With this code you can indicate your preferences on their official website.

My order has already been paid for, but not yet shipped.

Items will be shipped within 1 to 4 days after your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email if your package has been shipped.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email from the postal company that will deliver your parcel. In this mail you will also receive a Track&Trace code with which you can track your parcel.

RETURN & REFUND

My article is damaged.

In this case it is best to contact us using the contact form. We will be pleased to help you.

How do I return an item?

You must return your package within 14 calendar days. Note: The garment must be unworn and undamaged (without wear, odor and/or other traces). The price tags may not be removed.

Please use the return label you received with the confirmation email from the postal company you sent it to. Stick it on the received parcel and take it to a collection point or office of the postal company. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been received.

How do I follow my return?

You can track your return via the postal company's Track&Trace code. If you have further questions, please contact the postal service.

Refund.

If the article is returned correctly, the full refund will be made to the payment details known to us. If you have paid (part of) your order with the Patio Gift Card, the amount will be refunded to your voucher.

MY PROFILE

Do I need to create a profile to place an order?

Yes, to make an online purchase you need to create a profile. You can create it here.

Register at Patio

Click here to create your profile on our Patio webshop. You need to provide your email address and choose a password.

We guarantee the protection of your personal data. If you have further questions, please refer to the legal notice.

Modify profile data.

You can easily change your e-mail address, password, address, etc. when you modify your profile details.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

At the bottom of the login details, click on 'forgot password'. You can then change your password after receiving a security link in your mailbox.

How do I change my newsletter preferences?

You can always change your preferences in your profile details. Go to the section 'Modify profile information'.

If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, this is possible clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link in the mail.

Do I also gain customer points on purchases through the webshop?

No, you only receive customer points when you make a purchase in one of our physical stores.

 

GIFTCARDS

What are the conditions attached to the gift card?

  • Payment in cash is not possible.
  • If you do not use the full amount for a purchase, the remaining amount will be kept for a next occasion.
  • If an item is returned, the holder of the gift card will get the full amount refunded on the gift card itself.

How do I acquire a gift card?

Click here and surprise the lucky one. You can acquire a gift voucher on our webshop or in one of our physical stores. If you buy your gift card in our webshop, you will receive it via e-mail in PDF format.

How do I redeem my gift card?

You can redeem your gift card in one of our physical stores. Take it with you and our staff will cash it with your purchase.

You can also redeem your gift card online with a purchase in our webshop. You will receive a unique code that you can enter with your order. The amount will be deducted automatically at checkout.

Breast size is measured over the widest part of the breast, preferably with bra. 

Waist size is measured across the narrowest part of the waist. 

Hip size is measured over the widest part of the hips.
